Steven Jordan of Seminole was taken into custody by Pinellas County police after a 186-tweet tirade over a three-hour span on Aug. 8, authorities said. At least two of the posts were directed to Walt Disney World.
According to police, the now-deleted tweets read: “@Disney or we will blow up all your executives’ homes with C4” and “@Disney, I will throw a hand grenade at your loft window.” Police alleged that Jordan also made multiple threats against Activision and its executives over the game company’s Se**xual harassment lawsuit. Jordan’s account was suspended by Twitter on August 9. Detectives working with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement determined Jordan owned the account, cops said.

There were several other tweets directed at Activision Games about its video games, disparaging comments about its executives, and other current litigation matters. Twitter suspended Jordan’s account on August 9, investigators said.
PCSO detectives worked with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and determined that Jordan was the owner of the Twitter account. Authorities said Jordan admitted to investigators that he wrote the threatening tweets.

Jordan was also convicted in 2019 of making a false report about the planting of a bomb, explosive or weapon of mass destruction, according to detectives. Jordan’s account was suspended by Twitter on August 9.
Detectives working with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement determined Jordan owned the account, cops said. Jordan allegedly admitted to the threatening tweets in an interview, police said. He was charged with threatening to throw, place, or discharge a destructive device. Jordan faced a similar charge in 2019 when he was arrested for falsely reporting a bomb.
He was being held in the Pinellas County Jail on a $ 10,000 bond. Police said the investigation is ongoing.
