Selling the OC’ Season 3 has a lot of turmoil, much of which is related to rumors that others are interested in Sean Palmieri. Sean disclosed that, since his public breakup with ex-wife Brittany Snow in 2022, Tyler Stanaland had been sending him flirtatious texts.
Sean questioned Tyler about these said-texts in front of the whole workplace, not only bringing them up but also pulling screenshots of them off his phone. Between the two, we’re talking about lengthy paragraph texts.
Furthermore, Austin Victoria hinted that Sean might have a “crush” on Tyler after Sean claimed that the agent and his wife Lisa wanted to have a threesome with him.
‘Selling the OC’ star Tyler Stanaland accused of calling Sean Palmieri ‘psychotic’
After fighting at the bonfire in Season 3, Tyler and Sean were not good friends. Sean had claimed that Tyler acquired all of his listings from his dad, but Tyler refuted him, stating that Sean had never sold out and that his marketing experience was a lie.
Tyler and Sean’s emotions escalated during an office outing to the Del Mar Horse Derby. However, Sean began pouring the tea on his coworkers Alexandra Jarvis and Ali Harper before he approached Tyler.
He said that the reason he was upset was because Tyler was supposedly calling him “psychotic.”
Sean Palmieri claims ‘Selling the OC’ star Tyler Stanaland sent him flirty texts and alcohol
Sean revealed that he and Tyler were previously friends, and on the day Tyler’s ex-wife Brittany left him, he confided in Sean and sent him screenshots of her.
Sean then related an alleged three-hour phone discussion he had with Tyler following his breakup with Brittany, during which Tyler said: “No wonder you prefer masculine energy. Women are crazy. Let’s go drinking.”
Sean continued to tell Ali and Alexandra, “We’d hang out three times a week. He’d cook me dinners. All these things. It got to a point where I was like, ‘What is it?’ because he’s married, but he was sending gifts to my house.”
When producers questioned Sean about these presents during a confessional, he revealed that it happened twice and was always booze. Sean reportedly said Tyler would send him notes like, “It feels like a lifetime if I don’t hear from you for a day.”
While Ali was hearing this for the first time, Alexandra acknowledged that she had seen Tyler’s texts and believed Tyler had a crush on Sean. Then Sean got out his phone and began scrolling through screenshots of texts between himself and Tyler to show Ali.
The texts were quite lengthy. He then began reading a portion of one message, which he showed Ali.
“Because our friendship comes first, no matter what. Love you long time,” followed by a love emoji.
Sean noticed that Tyler frequently used multiple heart emoticons throughout their discussions.
Sean approached Tyler following the chat, stating he was going around telling people they were never friends and was “psychotic.” Sean made a commotion in front of his coworkers, claiming Tyler assured him he was his “best friend for life” and sent him heart emojis.
“If a heart emoji is inappropriate, then I’m inappropriate with everybody I text,” Tyler said in a confessional.
Then Sean began scrolling through images of Instagram DMs that showed the gang. He showed a video of two women sipping wine with their legs wrapped around each other.
Sean said, “Is that us?” Tyler said, “That’s the plan.” The message’s date was March 26, 2022, and Tyler’s answer was highlighted in red.
Tyler became increasingly upset as Sean received these messages, but he never denied them or sent Sean anything.

Sean further said that when Tyler discovered that Austin was also flirting with Sean (which Austin disputes), he instructed Sean to avoid Austin and that Austin was in the closet. Sean claimed Tyler even stated, “[Austin] and Lisa give me swinger vibes.”
Sean also stated that Polly and Alex Hall had expressed similar sentiments to Austin regarding his sexuality.
