Mark Iskander died at the scene and his brother at the hospital, NBC News in LA reported.

Arrested and Charged

Rebecca was arrested according to CBS Los Angeles said. She was arraigned on two counts of vehicular manslaughter and ordered held on $2 million bails, the sheriff said.

She was released on bail shortly before 12:30 a.m. Thursday, NBC said.
