Linda George Wiki – Linda George Biography

Linda George is the wife of Eddie Deezen, is an American actor and comedian. He played small roles as nerdy characters in 1970s and 1980s films such as Grease, Grease 2, Midnight Madness, I Wanna Hold Your Hand, 1941, and WarGames. He starred in Surf II: The End of the Trilogy, Mob Boss, Beverly Hills Vamp, and Teenage Exorcist.

In animation, he is recognized for his distinctively high-pitched and nasal voice, which has been used for Mandark in the Cartoon Network series Dexter’s Laboratory, Snipes the Magpie in Rock-a-Doodle, Ned in Kim Possible, and Know-It. -Every child in The Polar Express.

As a comedian, he performed at least three times on The Comedy Store, although he eventually decided to abandon stand-up and focus on acting after bombarding his last act and having a hard time memorizing his routine. However, Deezen tried to stand up one last time, when he appeared on an episode of The Gong Show in the mid-1970s, only to be surpassed by singer-songwriter Paul Williams.

Deezen landed his first and perhaps best-known role for him in the film Grease, playing the nerdy student Eugene Felsnic, a role he won through a standard audition process. During Grease’s post-production run, Deezen won another little bully role in the low-budget indie sci-fi film Laserblast. Despite being his second film, Laserblast marked Deezen’s screen debut when it was released in March 1978, three months before Grease’s theatrical release.

Following the massive success of Grease, Deezen found himself embroiled in a number of high-profile comedy films that played equally nerdy characters, including Robert Zemeckis’ directorial debut I Wanna Hold Your Hand (1978) and the 1979 epic comedy of Steven Spielberg, 1941. Deezen was in 1979 so in demand that he constantly had to turn down papers. Two such notable examples were the characters Eaglebauer in Rock ‘n’ Roll High School and Spaz in Meatballs, both of which Deezen turned down for filming in 1941.

Eddie Deezen arrested after Maryland restaurant fracas

Edward Deezen, the actor best known for playing the geek Eugene Felsnic in the 1978 film “Grease,” was arrested Thursday in LaVale, Maryland, for resisting arrest after he reportedly got messy in a restaurant and threw items, including food, to the sheriff’s deputies.

Staff asked Deezen to leave the LaVale restaurant and he did not, prompting a response from law enforcement, the Allegany County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement. Deezen was “yelling loudly and disturbing other customers inside” and eventually, police said, “they had to be forcibly removed from the table / bench area” where he had been hiding.

The actor “threw numerous items at officers including plates, bowls and food,” according to the sheriff’s department press release. An element reportedly struck an officer. Deezen was eventually arrested and transferred to a local jail to await a court appearance, where he will face charges of second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and burglary.

Deezen did not immediately respond to a request for comment from NBC News.
