Kyle Van De Water, an Army veteran, attorney, and former Congressional candidate from North Dutchess, was found dead by police. Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro said he met the Republican during Van De Water’s failed race against Democrat Antonio Delgado for 19th place in Congress.

“My heart is broken for Kyle’s children and family.
