A former Fulton County Sheriff’s Office detention officer is facing more than a dozen charges after she was accused of sexual misconduct with an inmate. Kawana Jenkins, 36, was fired and arrested after video surfaced of her lewd behavior with an inmate on a contraband cell phone.

Jenkins has been charged with two counts of inappropriate sexual contact by an employee or agent, five counts of violation of oath by a public official, two counts of reckless conduct, two counts of cruelty to inmates and one count of giving a inmate a prohibited item without authorization.
