Zoezee called his wife “the sweetest girl I’ll ever meet” and dreamed of traveling the world. “She left a mark on everything she knew,” she added. John Gittins, the chief coroner for eastern and central North Wales, said: “Given the particular circumstances, I am satisfied that it was likely that her actions were intended to end her life that day.”

The grieving brother said he was “so proud of Jem” for “how hard she fought to be happy” but “in the end, her sadness was too much to bear.” She started working as a babysitter while she was still in school and ‘adored’ working in daycare centers. Mrs. Zoezee fell in love with her niece after she was born and told her brother that she was “one of the only things that kept me going.”
Roberts said the children had “brought so much happiness” to her life, but that “the pain of losing her babies was too much for her.” The family has been raising funds for miscarriages, stillbirths, and preterm births, the charity Tommy’s, which they say was “close to Jem’s heart”.
“It’s especially hard since so many couples grieving the loss of a baby grieve in silence,” her brother said. “This can lead to feelings of loneliness and isolation when you really just need someone to tell you, ‘It’s okay to not be okay.'”
“That’s why we think it’s so important to raise awareness about an issue that many don’t talk about and encourage those who are struggling to speak up to a charity like Tommy’s.”
