The dead victim was identified as 25-year-old Raeven Park, who was of Kansas City. It is unclear if they had relation of any kind.

At least 15 victims were considered to be gunshot victims, who also sustained injuries, police said Monday.

Investigation Reports

Reacting officials didn’t shoot their weapons, specialists said. The officials had driven in the club parking area a couple of moments before the shooting and saw nothing suspicious. They were close by when the gunfire ejected and reacted rapidly.

The dance club, which publicized a “Sold Out Sundays” occasion on its Facebook page, was known to police, Smith said. A drive-by shooting happened in its parking area a week ago and officials had gotten protests about the business before.
