The 35-year-old was purportedly driving while alcoholic when the vehicle struck a container truck that had been engaged with a different mishap on the I-55 thruway in Plainfield, Illinois.

The six-year-veteran was hurried to emergency clinic and treated for regular wounds.

The occurrence occurred at around 6 a.m when two trucks were associated with a mishap on the interstate and had ground to a halt in the southbound paths only north of Route 30 in Plainfield.

Zilka couldn’t back off as she drew nearer to the mishap minute, making the SUV to collide with one of the trucks.

The two cops were on furlough at the hour of the accident.




In the wake of being dealt with, Zilka was captured and accused of driving affected by liquor.

The Berwyn Police Department has paid tribute to its fallen official in a Facebook post.

“The City of Berwyn Police Department is lamenting the departure of a well-regarded Police Officer, Charles Schauer, a 10-year veteran”, it read.

“Our considerations and petitions are with the Schauer family during this period of scarcity”.

Investigation Reports

The mishap examination is being directed by the Illinois State Police.

Jeff Tomczak, safeguarding the blamed, contested that his customer was inebriated and said she was ‘completely crushed’ by the occasions.

The Illinois State Police will continue the investigations.
