That incident occurred about three weeks after he threatened his mother.

Anderson’s mother told police at the time that her son had schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and would hallucinate if he did not take his medication. The witness to the attack on Miller’s home, the police did not confirm if she was Anderson’s mother, saying that Miller gave Anderson 30 days to move in and that she had planned to move him on Monday.
