Brendan Jacob Joel Fehr , born October 29, 1977 (New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada) is a Canadian actor.

Childhood

For the first ten years of his life, he received a mediocre education, where only algebra (he was top of his class) and ice hockey found favor. In 1989, his family moved to Winnipeg, and young “Brendy,” as his mother affectionately called him, focused his studies on accounting. But the “good-looking” teenager soon gained the upper hand over the shy young man who wanted to be an accountant.

Career

His career plans took a radical turn! His encounter with a talent agent propelled him into the world of modeling, a career he pursued for four years before landing in Vancouver. That’s where things got serious. Quickly noticed by a communications agency, Brendan moved from runway shows to castings offered by his new management.

In record time, he landed a guest-starring role on Breaker-High in 1997. His charm and naturalness on screen earned him the title of “Canada’s most handsome young actor” and especially the most sought-after for original projects. He continued with various roles on television and made his film debut in Disturbing Behavior in 1998 and Final Destination in 1999. It was only natural that he joined the series Roswell , through FOX, which offered him a role.

In 2005, he appeared on the small screen in the series CSI: Miami for three seasons. From 2008, he also played the role of Jared Booth, brother of the main character, Seeley Booth in the series Bones .
More recently, in 2014, he appeared in the series The Night Shift , as a main actor, where he played the character of Drew Allister, an emergency room doctor and military man, working on the night shift at the San Antonio Memorial.

Brendan has two older sisters , Angela and Shana, and a younger half-sister, Rachel.

He has been married since July 8, 2006 to Jennifer Rowley with whom he has three daughters: James Olivia (born March 26, 2008) , Ellison Jane (born January 23, 2011) and Ondine Carda Kitty (born January 18, 2013) .
