Alex Rasic, 24, was arrested Thursday and charged with unlawful beating and causing death. Rasic failed to appear at Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Friday and was taken into custody to appear again at Southport Magistrates Court on June 7, the Gold Coast Bulletin reported.
