The best childhood friends Kyrees Sullivan and Harvey Evans were fatally injured after they crashed in Ely, Cardiff, at 6 p.m. of May 22. Two teenagers whose deaths in an electric shock caused furious disturbances died from head injuries, an investigation was heard today.
