Law enforcement officials also confirmed that Alicia Moore did not leave the mall for nearly an hour after leaving her young children abandoned in the car.
Moore currently faces $15,000 bond on the child neglect charge. Authorities have yet to determine the exact cause of the fire. They, however, believe that Moore has been “sloppy.”
