According to a news statement from the police, officers responded to a 911 call concerning a disturbance at the Lincoln Shores Apartment Complex in the 11000 block of Fourth Street North on Thursday at around 2:30 p.m. First responders claim that when they arrived at the location, they discovered Jeffrey dead while Mosley was missing and “may be in danger.”

At a news conference on Thursday, St. Petersburg Police Chief Anthony Holloway said, “I can tell you it was a very brutal homicide scene within the apartment.” Yet we were unable to locate the 2-year-old. He exhorted neighbours and other local homeowners who might have doorbell cameras or security systems to provide investigators with their recordings. “Call us if you are the parent of this child.
