Scottie Morris, 14, has been missing since the 16th hike in 2023, and Indiana police continue to extensively investigate her disappearance. The Indiana Missing Children and Endangered Adult Information Clearinghouse provided a missing persons list that referenced Scottie Dignitary Morris was seen in Eaton on the night of Paseo 16, 2003 at 8:30 p.m.

On the missing persons list, Scottie is pictured as being 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing around 150 pounds, with earth-colored hair and blue eyes. He was most recently seen wearing dark red shorts paired with a white shirt with composition on the front and dark shoes.

Scottie hails from Eaton, which is nearly 75 miles east of Indianapolis, and some stressed-out people from his old neighborhood are making a valiant effort to find him. On Walk 17, 2023, the Eaton Indiana Police Bureau issued a statewide Silver Alert for Scottie Morris.

The Silver Alarm report refers to Scottie being considered at “shocking risk” and may require clinical consideration. The US Sun mentioned that over the course of the weekend, temperatures dropped below freezing in Eaton, raising concerns among examiners and search parties considering that Scottie, who was last seen wearing a shirt and shorts, you could be vulnerable outside.

A claim from the Eaton Indiana Police Division specifies that the Indiana Normal Assets Branch used two of their boats to try to find Scottie in a nearby creek. The police department also engaged two infrared robots for an airborne search, and the Award District sent two groups of hunting dogs to assist with the ground search.

WRTV announced that many people have chosen to help in the search for Scottie Morris. Different police divisions, including the Delaware Province Sheriff’s Specialty, Muncie Police Bureau, and local fire groups, along with Scottie’s campus principal, his boss, and a few coworkers, came together to help.

On Facebook, the Eaton Indiana Police Division reached out to Scottie Morris in case he reviewed the post and mentioned that his safety is his number one concern.

A WRTV report noted that volunteers were contacted to search sheds, lofts, abandoned houses and settlements, and authorities are following leads and conducting meetings to track down more data on the case. In the report, Police Chief Jay Turner said:

WRTV also announced that some workers traveled from Post Wayne and Greenfield to help and support the search. Chapels and neighborhood organizations also helped by providing food, water and breakfast for the workers.

That’s what MEAWW revealed even though authorities haven’t released much information about Scottie’s disappearance, the last image seen of him in a white shirt had disparaging and disturbing handwritten explanations like: “I’m a liar.” Many saw that image as demeaning, while others found Scottie’s people to be trustworthy.

The Eaton Indiana Division of Police resolved the issue and posted an update mentioning that the photograph was the only one that was given to the office and placed to help find Scottie as soon as possible. The office also apologized and explained its goals.

MEAWW detailed that Scottie Morris’s people distinguished themselves as Felicia and Brian Morris. The report also noted that it is currently doubtful whether the continuing case includes child abuse and the guardians have not made any authoritative statements.
