The incident happened just before 5 p.m. on Wednesday. The victim approached the police and told them that a man had kicked her service dog in the head. Before the assault, William Bagen, 43, shouted “Get that f–king dog out of my way,” according to transit police.

Police found Bagen sitting on a bench at the station, and the victim identified him as the dog-kicker. He was arrested and charged with animal cruelty, police said.
