They also blamed the court for handing over “huge volumes of evidence in the first place that were obtained in disregard of the Fourth Amendment,” referring to financial reports that they say were “illegally seized” by the Georgia Department of Revenue and initially stifled by court. The recording goes on to blame the court for not “properly approving his disguise claim” by allowing some of the communicated documentation to be released into evidence.
