After a surprisingly long time of looking at it and a fundamental package, Pedro has reached for his decision. In this particular episode of Monday’s episode of The Family Chantel, Pedro tells Chantel that he really wants a split.
“I make an effort to make the division, here on a similar roof,” Pedro tells Chantel. “Things didn’t end up being as helpful as I’d hoped considering the way you haven’t respected my space.”
“I understand that I have not respected your space,” agrees Chantel.
Stretched beyond his limits, an irritated Pedro basically tells Chantel, “I want my partition.”
Pedro and Chantel have been getting involved all season, so their split doesn’t surprise viewers or Chantel’s family, but it did surprise Chantel a bit.
“I didn’t expect you to say that you really wanted a partition of me,” says Chantel. “I’m just interested in knowing if you considered this marriage and expected to handle it, and the reaction is ‘No.’ So, there’s nothing else we really need to discuss.”
Chantel leaves, knowing her marriage is done, but the questions about Pedro’s steadfastness really matter to her.

Pedro appealed for Chantel’s legal partition in May and the two filed restrictive petitions with each other. In Chantel’s response to the recording of Pedro’s detachment, he made bold accusations, referring to the fans behind the partition as a betrayal of his well-being. He also blamed him for “ruthless treatment”, guaranteeing “a genuine and forceful way of behaving at home, as well as mental torture”. In court reports, that’s what she said: “The marriage is horribly broken and she hardly longs to split the difference.”
