Hours after the underlying find, the unidentified body of a 17-year-old victim was found in a street far below. The group of 16-year-old Camille Quarles, who was the third victim, was found inside Silvernail’s vehicle on Saturday. The vehicle was half sunk in a lake.
Sheriff Woods said tests revealed Quarles was in the car “willingly” after discovering it was in the storage compartment. It was later discovered that one of the unnamed victims had been tracked down dead while wearing all-black clothing and wearing a dark covering over her face.
As she made her way to catch the school bus from the start on Friday morning, a surrogate claims she was staggered by misfortune, which was the 17-year-old lying on an unkempt street.
