Suzanne Kaye Treating FBI in Video
Suzanne Kaye’s prolific use of social media came to the attention of the FBI after the riot. Agents called her on January 28 after watching a video about the Capitol unrest that she posted on a Facebook page called “Angry Patriot Hippie.”
Agents had planned to interview her about her involvement, but a second video she posted prior to her visit interrupted the investigation.
“Folks, I’m here to let you know I need a drink,” 59-year-old Kaye declares in the video posted Jan. 31, before taking a giant swig from a bottle of Jack Daniels Red Label.
With a cover of the Police song “Every Breath You Take” playing in the background, Kaye explains that she just received a call from the FBI and claims that she told them they would have to arrest her before speaking to them.
“You just spent four years chasing a three-star general with no evidence and you think I’ll let you come talk to me?” Kaye demands of her as her spiel escalates, presumably referring to former National Security Advisor, General Michael Flynn.
“I’m American. I know my fucking rights! My First Amendment right to free speech, my Second Amendment right to carry a gun, to shoot your fucking ass if you come over to my house. Fuck you, follow me! ”

I’m glad you know who I am, you son of a bitch, ”concludes Kaye, whose version of the story on social media differs from the FBI’s version.
The feds allege in court documents that Kaye claimed that she had not been to the Capitol, but that she knew people who did.
“Kaye further indicated that she was retired and had plenty of time to talk, but that she would have to be interviewed at her residence because she could not drive,” the FBI stated in court documents.
An insider brought his TikTok threats to the attention of the FBI before the interview took place, authorities said.
Citing a violent history – Kaye had previously been arrested for domestic battery in January 2010 and aggravated assault in February 2020, although the latter charges were dropped – the FBI charged her with “transmitting in interstate commerce a communication containing a threat of hurt the person of another “, say the court documents
She made her first court appearance last week, according to CBS 12 News, and is due for a bond hearing on Wednesday.
Separately, an Iowa mother and son were also arrested in connection with the Capitol riots.
