Supriya got a role as Urmi (Fuppu) in the 2010 Hindi family parody film Do Dooni Chaar. The film won the National Film Award for “Best Feature Film in Hindi” at the 58th National Film Awards.
She took on the role of Seenu’s mother in the 2014 Hindi language heartfelt activity parody film Main Tera Hero, starring Nargis Fakhri, Varun Dhawan and Ileana D’Cruz.
