After an opioid strike in Spartanburg County, 17 people were held and 22 more were on the required list. During a lengthy search, the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office found 39 people administering fentanyl, methamphetamine, maryjane and heroin.
“Often if you’re a bit of a worker, you can get three to four more people with that when we only have one person,” said Sheriff Wright.
