With Elvis actually making money in the world of film and electronics, it’s now apparently the best way to think about a potentially first-person movie in his life, sometimes only seen on Elvis Presley’s Baz Luhrmann list and Colonel Tom. Parker: Priscilla Presley. Sofia Coppola hopes to balance that with Priscilla, who will star as Cailee Spaeny and Jacob Elordi.
Hoping to make this her breakthrough to On The Rocks, Coppola changed the content of Presley’s 1985 book, Elvis And Me, which shared all the pertinent tidbits of her married life with the man.

According to Cutoff Time’s sources, Coppola has had Spaeny as her first choice for Priscilla since she initially decided to do the film, while Elordi won the job on a test basis. Playing Elvis in the shadow of Austin Steward’s star-making work in the current year’s movie doesn’t seem like a basic accomplishment, but with Coppola’s bearing, there’s confidence.
Priscilla should be filmed before the end of the year, but there is no set delivery date for the film yet.
