Kentucky police have named a suspect who shot and killed a girl from a former state council during a robbery at her home. According to authorities, 23-year-old Shannon Vince Gilday broke into C. Wesley Morgan’s $6.5 million mansions in Richmond, Kentucky. He shot to kill Jordan Morgan, 32, while he was dozing. He is not captured at this point.

In light of their underlying investigation, law enforcement authorities make sure there is no connection between Morgan and Gilday before the episode. Sergeant Robert Purdy said they currently accept that she was not a target. After the main shot, police say Gilday challenged Morgan when the two shots were fired at each other.
