Specialists announced that an Arkansas Department of Correction sergeant was fatally shot while assisting local authorities in central Arkansas Monday morning. The office recognized the officer as Sgt. Joshua Caudel. According to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, the delegates were sent to a house in Maumelle, Arkansas, just outside of Little Rock, after a homegrown disturbing influence.
Caudell was assisting designated persons as a feature of a K9 team. The hunting dog led officials to a nearby trailer after they noticed someone running from the house. According to Lt. Cody Burk of Little Rock television station KTHV, an individual fired at the officers from behind the trailer, killing Caudell. The lady, on the other hand, was eventually found in excellent condition.
