In a video posted by Boston 25 News on July 24, Structure Police Sgt. Scott Saunders should be visible punching Harry Horsley, his neighbor of 36 years, and tossing him to the ground.
As per WCVB, Horsley let police know that Saunders hit his vehicle with a paddleboard while he was going down the narrorw Heater Settlement Drive in Pembroke. Accordingly, Horsley pulled over and left the vehicle.
