Sarah Fuller is an American college soccer goalkeeper and a college football placekicker for the Vanderbilt Commodores. She was a three-time SEC Academic Honor Roll member at Vanderbilt. She began playing soccer at the age of 5. She played goalkeeper for Hugh Bradford at D’Feeters ECNL. She attended Vanderbilt University on a soccer scholarship in 2017 and became a starter in the 2020 season. She started in nine of Vanderbilt’s 12 games during the fall 2020 season, finishing with a 7–2–0 record, 28 total saves, and a 75.5 save percentage. Her 0.97 goals-against average was the eighth-best mark in a season in Vanderbilt soccer history.

Fuller started all four games during Vanderbilt’s 2020 SEC Tournament championship run, posting a shutout in the second round against Mississippi State (on November 15, 2020) and had an assist in the quarterfinals against Tennessee (on November 17, 2020). Fuller and her soccer teammates beat Mississippi State 4-0 in the SEC Tournament in Orange Beach, Alabama. Vandy eliminated Tennessee, Texas A&M, and Arkansas, respectively, to win its first SEC Tournament title since 1994.

The team’s coach, Derek Mason, opted to use Fuller as the team’s kicker for the game, and she opened the second half with a kickoff. The Commodores lost the game 41–0.

Fuller is the third woman to play in the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision, after Katie Hnida of New Mexico and April Goss of Kent State, according to ESPN. Ashley Martin became the first woman to score at the Division I level when she kicked three extra points for FCS Jacksonville State against Cumberland on Aug. 30, 2001. Two years later, Hnida became the first woman to score at the FBS level with two extra points against Texas State.
