“We want to give Frances the memorial she truly deserves, honor her memory and say our last goodbyes.” The campaign exceeded its target with a total of $37,370 from 697 donations. Romier Narag is scheduled to appear at a court hearing on March 16 while an investigation into Frances’s murder is ongoing.
