The coroner’s office identified the man and woman Thursday as Rodney Helman, 54, and Elaine Helman, 51. His last known address was in Vandalia, an Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) spokesperson confirmed to News Center 7 on Thursday afternoon.Cops shot Rodney and Elaine, who are accused of hijacking a semi-truck in Madison County and holding the driver hostage during a multi-county chase that ended at Dayton International Airport Access Road.
