A first dedication service was coordinated by entertainer Rita Dominic and her better half Fidelis Anosike in memory of the late mother of last choice, Joy Anosike, who died in August of the previous year. The weekend saw the dedication administration at Nneyi Village in Umueri Anambra State.
Rita Dominic and Fidelis Anosike were seen surrounded by a group of women fully dressed in corresponding traditional clothing in photos and videos of the event made famous through online entertainment. As Rita and her better half followed them for the thanksgiving function, the ladies entered the church singing an Igbo tune and moving delicately.

In November 2021, Mama Joy was fired. Nollywood stars including Queen Nwokoye, Chacha Eke, Destiny Etiko and Junior Pope Odonwodo attended the burial service.
