For what reason did Reginald Brooks kill his children? Reginald and Beverly’s marriage was very happy at first, and neighbors spoke about how the couple brought out the most incredible in each other. Beverly accepted that her transition to her new life would be smooth, and she trusted Reginald to set her free. However, sadly, she watched as each of her three children was brutally shot to death on March 6. The boys were between the ages of 11 and 17 at the time of their killing, and were reportedly shot by Reginald while they were peacefully dozing.

Reginald tried various ways to overturn his conviction after his conviction failed. Ohio’s legislative chief also did not pardon him, and consequently his execution was set for 2011.
