On Thursday, Clinton County Prosecutor Tony Sommer told CBS4 that he is preparing to press charges and that there is a hearing scheduled for Ferrell on Friday morning in Clinton County Superior Court.
Sommer also said police searched Ferrell’s home from Wednesday night to Thursday morning. Sommer did not give an exact address, but Frankfort resident Mark Bailey says Ferrell is his neighbor and saw the search Wednesday night.
