Olga Freeman is accused of killing the 10-year-old boy whose body was found at an address in Acton, west London, and will appear at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on Monday morning.

The body of the young boy was discovered on Sunday after a woman walked into a police station in the early hours of the morning. Dylan is understood to have lived with his mum.

Paying tribute to his son, he said in a statement: “Dylan was a beautiful, bright, inquisitive and artistic child who loved to travel, visit art galleries and swim.

“We travelled extensively over the years together spending such a memorable time in places including Brazil, France and Spain.

“I can’t begin to comprehend his loss.”

Dean’s agent added: “He was a loving and caring father and even though divorced for a number of years, he cherished all the quality time spent with his son.”

Dylan’s grandad Robert was also a photographer and shot a number of iconic The Beatles’ albums – including A Hard Day’s Night and Rubber Soul.

Keith Grindrod, who lives in the building next door, claimed he was woken by a “scream in the middle of the night”.

He added: “It sounded like a little scream next door. It was a childish scream. It was just enough to wake me up.

“I can hear next door and downstairs when they are moving around and I can hear outside as it is quiet at the weekend.

“Then I woke up at about 6 am and looked out the window and saw a police car outside.”

Other neighbours say Dylan was disabled and used a wheelchair. He was also unable to speak.

One, who lives opposite the crime scene, said she would often see a little boy leaving the property in a specially-adapted van.

Gillian Fisher, 34, said: “I don’t know who the family were but if the little boy is who I think he is, I used to see him being taken to school in his wheelchair in a specially adapted van.”

Charged

Olga Freeman is accused of killing Dylan, the son she shared with celebrity photographer ex-husband Dean Freeman, and she is due to appear at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court today.

She charged with murdering her 10-year-old son has been pictured for the first time. Police await formal identification before they will officially name Dylan but he was named in publicly available court details released on Monday.

Freeman, who is believed to be originally from Moscow, is registered as living in the £544,000 property.

Investigation Report

The boy’s next of kin have been informed and a post-mortem examination will be arranged in due course.
