‘Never Have I Ever’ Season 3 Trailer Is Here! Devi and Paxton Are Officially On

“Daxton” is officially underway! Never Have I Ever dropped as the mighty season 3 trailer on Wednesday, and Devi is officially off the market!

In Season 3 of the Netflix parody, which premieres August 12, Devi (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan) wanders into another area as she and Paxton (Darren Barnet) make their relationship official. Her decision to give the real stuff a try, and the outdoors, elicits many shocked and jealous reactions from her peers.

The trailer begins with Devi and Paton walking quickly through the school holding hands, as their colleagues (and even teachers!) look on in shock at the unthinkable new development. As Devi finds her new relationship status, her omnipresence has taken off. At absolutely no time in the future is she the untouchable. She is. So much so that she has become the only one despised by people! How the tables have turned.

Devi and Paxton clearly can’t keep their hands off each other as they kiss everywhere and everywhere. In any case, as Devi understands, being committed to Paxton’s abs, ahem, Paxton, doesn’t exactly drive all of his interests, as he conveys vulnerability about why they’re together. It’s a warning to Paxton when he puts the application to her about why he’s so involved in it when, on paper, they shouldn’t work at all.

“No one else thinks we seem okay,” says Devi, showing her vulnerabilities. “No, you don’t think we seem, by all accounts, genuine,” Paxton tells him.

Also, not only is Devi facing relationship issues, Ben at this point is staying in the picture (we think, but he’s clearly still distraught over Paxton, in light of everything, and a new doll face, Des (Anirudh Pisharody), who is one of the “wasted children of time” of his mother’s friends, he can take his attention away from Paxton and other incessant things in it.

We definitely smell cargo. Check out the season 3 trailer below. Recently detailed guest stars include Deacon Phillippe, Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe’s son, and Terry Hu.

Last July, following the sophomore finale, co-producer Lang Fisher provided a brief investigation into Devi’s journey in the upcoming season and the obstacles she’ll face.

“The best is how Devi will look like a true love in a true partnership with someone who is fundamentally more experienced than her.” Fisher told ET. “This has been her dream for the entire series. On day 1 she says: ‘We should have loves’. That’s all she really wants, and from now on she has one and she’s the most popular kid in school. How are things turning out? Will it be the dream she had reliably imagined that it very well may be, or will it be more tangled? What’s more, she will undoubtedly be more entangled than that. At this point, you have to investigate these things to the extent that sex and what do you do if you’re a nerd who has done very little and you’re dating an essentially more experienced person?

Barnet gave her perspective on how she reckons things will progress between Devi and Paxton now that their opinions are open.

“The most fascinating thing may be the way it fits into the general assessment of him dating someone who is not in his general cultural situation,” the artist told ET. “You even see it in the look as he looks at his friends who are staring at the possibility of them being together. In this way, that has a lot to do with Paxton, as he is a person who often thinks a lot about other people’s point of view. He will be interested. Never Have I Ever Season 3 makes a big appearance on Netflix on Friday, August 12.
