He was expelled from the Fort Peck Reservation in Poplar, Montana, in 2015 following allegations of human trafficking. He was also charged with prostitution for allegedly paying other men to have sex with young Native American women.

One of his alleged victims is a 13-year-old girl. According to the court order, Chasing Horse recorded his sexual assaults on his victims.

The former actor’s misdeeds were uncovered after lawmakers and prosecutors across the country began focusing more on crimes against indigenous women, such as murder and human trafficking.
