Investigation Report

A video showed Maghnie and one other man lying on the ground, topless, being attended to by paramedics.

Emergency workers were called to an intersection at Epping about 8.30pm on Thursday after three people were shot.

Police said a man believed to be in his 40s died at the scene. Two other men who had been shot were taken to hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
