The creator of the drama, Kemi Ikuseedun, known as Mummy Wa, has said that men are not the only ones to blame for the lewd behavioral ideals of soliciting sex in exchange for work.
In a meeting with Saturday Beats, he said: “I feel like it’s mostly in the media. There will continually be things like that. Some men request some things and some ladies request some things too. You will be stunned. Be that as it may, if you understand what you have to do, just do it. You don’t need any person who wants to have sex with you as a result of a play. He shows no genuine skill. You don’t have to feel limited.”
When asked if she deliberately dresses like an older person in certain dramas to avoid lewd gestures, she said, “The persona is that of a mother. I am playing the elderly mother.”
Ikuseedun also noted that constancy was responsible for what he could do with his career. She said: “People are continuously watching. They know when you’re predictable. You will be surprised to know that people have been watching.”
On why he hasn’t paraded protecting extravagances as part of his other partners, he said: “I haven’t done anything rich for myself. I’m happy, and I don’t have to parade anything”.
