Moses J. Moseley, known for his work on “The Walking Dead,” died from a crooked discharge to the head, according to his autopsy. The entertainer, who played one of Michonne’s zombies on the AMC series, was found dead in late January in Stockbridge, Georgia, an Atlanta suburb about 22 miles southeast of the city in Henry County.
The autopsy, shared by Henry County, Georgia Coroner Donald Cleveland, indicates the manner of death is uncertain. “At the time this report is being released, the available information does not present a self-destructive plan,” wrote Rachel Geller, associate clinical analyst with the DeKalb County Medical Examiner’s Office. “Assuming more data is opened, the case could come back.”
The autopsy also says that Moseley, 31, was driving the craft from his vehicle with a firearm in his lap. A bullet entered the right half of his face and stopped in his mind, the record indicates.
A limited amount of blood spatter was found on Moseley’s right thumb, right index finger and right middle finger, the autopsy says.
Moseley also had roles in “Gatekeepers” and “Sovereign of the South.” He also appeared in movies like “Blissful Noise”, “The Internship” and “Assault of the Southern Fried Zombies”.
