Who is Misook Nowlin? Misook Nowlin lived his childhood in South Korea and had a very difficult youth, according to the Investigation Discovery program. Although Barton’s claim has yet to proven in court, Misook remains incarcerated at the Logan Correctional Center in Logan County, Illinois, and will qualify for parole in 2064.
