For his personal life, not much is known in terms of Stewart’s romantic relationships. He’s mentioned that he’s had romances and sexual partners, but never really given details about their identity. He previously believed that sex was not necessary for his life, and that it was an optional adult thing. He later retracted those statements, and mentioned that he’s had sexual experiences despite previously wanting to become a person who didn’t need to have sex.
