“Dad was sitting on the couch, and the baby got up on the couch and took the gun that was behind dad,” Holland said. “He picked up the gun not knowing it was a real gun, put it on his back and pulled the trigger thinking the gun was a toy.”
He said Durham had recently purchased the firearm.
