He has created the films Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018), De Pyaar De (2019), Jai Mummy Di (2020), Malang (2020), and Chhalaang (2020). Also, he has composed the screenplay for some movies including Pyaar Ka Punchnama (2011), Akaash Vani (2013), Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 (2015), Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018), De Pyaar De (2019) and Chhalaang. (2020).

Before taking the helm for the first time in 2011, Luv used to help the famous producer, film director, director and essayist Suneel Darshan. He had served as an associate boss in 3 of Suneel’s films called Barsaat (2005), Dosti: Friends Forever (2005), and Mere Jeevan Saathi (2006).

Not long after the rest of these films wrapped, he took time off to take a composition course at the New York Film Academy – School of Film and Acting (NYFA).

In a meeting, he had outlined the narrative of how it came to work with Suneel. She was making a trip to Nashik, Maharashtra, when she received a call from Suneel, after which she got off the train and took a taxi back to Mumbai. Luv was consulted the next day and recruited in no time.

He had gone to the creation in 2012 with his dear lifelong partner and co-creator Ankur Garg. Not long after this, they helped establish the Mumbai-based film-making organization Luv Films.

In October 2018, an artist who had worked on the 2011 Indian Hindi light-hearted comedy film Pyaar Ka Punchnama (which was composed and coordinated by Luv), matched sexual harassment charges against him. She had guaranteed that Luv had annoyed her with the movie arrangements.

He had denied all claims and numerous artists and performers from that movie had come to his aid by expressing that the informant was simply trying to gain some media attention and that bringing such charges 7 years after the alleged episode showed that the entertainer he was just trying to get some exposure.
