Lori Vallow Case Update Vallow Daybell was proactively deemed unfit for preliminary investigation by District Judge Steven Boyce, who requested that she spend approximately 180 days in an emergency psychiatric facility in Idaho.
On June 8, 2021, Vallow was focused on the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare after a psychological wellness expert decided she wasn’t equipped to stand for now. The date for the arraignment is set for April 19. The preliminary investigation is scheduled for January 2023.
