HMP Frankland prison guards and officers in County Durham were astonished and stunned when chronic executioner Levi Bellfield, who is serving two life sentences for killing three ladies, knelt and proposed to a female guest in the prison cell.
According to initial reports shared by county officials, Levi has also filed to continue marriage with the blonde young lady, whose personality has not been shared to date.
