In 2016, Redmond was released on parole after 24 years. He was asked to register as a sex offender and is currently listed on the Illinois State Police’s juvenile sex offender registry. I feel like I have been lied to about Dorothy Brown’s transition.” Since the complaints in Redmond, the mayor’s office confirmed that an investigation was underway, but did not say if she was still on the payroll in the meantime.
