The incident happened at about 2:30 p.m. on Friday when Bay City Police Officers in Bay City, Texas, were doing a welfare check at a home in the territory and found a 7-year-old young lady who was laid up because of ailments dead inside the home.
“There was a wide range of, you know, the police tape and police over yonder and individuals strolling around and everything,” a female neighbor revealed to ABC News’ Houston station KTRK.
Charges and Arrested
Lauren Kay Dean was captured and arrested at the Matagorda County Jail and accused of three second degree crime allegations: surrender, imperiling a youngster and unavoidable peril real damage.
