Kevin Thelwell is a British football administrator who is the football supervisor for Premier League club Everton. Thelwell most recently served as supervisor of the Academy, then responsible for creating and recruiting football at the club. It held its own in comparable footholds in Derby County and Preston North End.

Thelwell also holds the FAW/UEFA Advanced license and the UEFA Pro license. He completed his Bachelor of Science certificate (honors degree) in Sports Science. He currently holds an Applied Management LMA/PFA Certificate from Warwick. In 2002, Kevin was appointed Director of Coach Education to organize and promote mentor education at all levels in Wales.
