Kenwood Allen, a burglary suspect in New York City, was accused of two killings on Thursday, December 22. As per the NY Everyday News, Kenwood Allen, 33, was an individual from a posse that designated partygoers in Manhattan.

Rodkey said: “The respondent sedated his casualties with fentanyl to deny them of their telephones, Visas or watch.
