A new case that elaborates a homicide of a 19-year-old girl has shaken the web. Individuals from the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office were responsible for taking Keenan and then moving him back to Portland. He was turned over to the Portland Police Branch and is currently scheduled for testing at the Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s Office.
He is charged with second degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon. Anyway, the decision is on the way, consequently we must wait until we can call him a murderer from now on.
Amara Marluke and Heather Harpole Kevin Heather Harpole is associated with the destruction of Amara Marluke, who was only 19 years old. Amara’s family told him about it and gave photographs to the media. The family seeks safety from now on and does not need contact with the media.
